The menu will delight every palate, with three options to choose from:
- Brunch Terre: Toulouse sausage, rostello ham, bacon, scrambled or poached eggs, accompanied by homemade granola, fromage blanc & honey, or a brioche perdu with salted butter caramel.
- Brunch wed: smoked salmon, fish rillettes, fish eggs, scrambled or poached eggs, homemade granola or fresh fruit salad.
- Vegetarian Brunch: burrata, roasted squash, sautéed mushrooms, scrambled or poached eggs, brioche perdu with salted butter caramel or fresh fruit salad.
