Born in Okayama, Japan, Taca was deeply intrigued by this singular instrument, the accordion, and began playing it at the age of 9. It was a passion that never left him. At the age of 20, he decided to explore the world of music even more intensely, and set off for Italy, the birthplace of this wind instrument. Then, in France, another home of the accordion, he worked under the direction of Frédéric Guérouet, a professor emeritus, to study a classical repertoire.

Taca loves diversity and lends herself to all kinds of performances. Her albums tell stories of wind and silence. Of blown and rhythmic legends. Solo or in trio with a double bassist and a percussionist, Taca travels the blades.
