DADY THIOUNE

A young prodigy who hasn't let go of his guitar since the age of 9, he has been seen on stages the world over, accompanying some of the greats, including Omar Pene, Orchestra Baobab, Baaba Mal... In Senegal, he is also known as an arranger, co-composer and sound engineer, a source of musical energy from which many of the country's most talented musicians (hello Wally Seck!) draw to develop their live projects or albums.

Dady Thioune, guided by his acoustic guitar as if on a magic carpet, sings an original, African blues. Having travelled many roads to finally find his own, he offers us his melodies, which he digs deep inside himself to share with us.
